What it does
It shows speed, battery level, assist level and error codes. On some bikes it also turns the system on and holds settings like wheel size and speed limit.
Signs of a problem
- Blank display
- Wrong speed reading
- An error code
Safe things to check
- Check the battery is charged and seated.
- Look at the display's cable and plug for damage.
- Write down any error code and look it up.
Looking after it
- Keep it out of strong sun when parked if you can.
