What we do
- Repairs on any brandBrakes, tires and tubes, chains and gears, wheels, and anything that rattles.
- Electrical diagnosisError codes, motors that won't help, displays, sensors, wiring. We have diagnostic tools for Bosch, Shimano and most other major systems, and work on Bafang-style systems all the time.
- Battery and charging faultsBatteries that won't charge, cut out or lose range. We test them; we don't open battery packs.
- Assembly and tune, $165Bought online? Every fastener torqued to spec, wheels trued, brakes bedded in, battery checked, fitted to you. Ready in 3 to 5 days.
- Pick-up and delivery, $45We collect the bike from your address in our area and bring it back when it's done.
- Recall and warranty helpWe'll check your model against recalls and help you file a warranty claim with the maker.
Before you call
- The error code, exactly as it shows, if there is one. Look it up first; the answer may be simple.
- A photo of the display, and of the motor and battery labels.
- When it started, and anything that happened just before: rain, a drop, a recent repair.
- Your notes from My garage: saved checks and service history.

Not near Jensen Beach?
Your bike's maker has a dealer finder on its website that lists shops trained on your motor system. Search for your motor's brand plus "dealer locator". Call first and ask whether they work on e-bikes they didn't sell; many shops don't.
